Fuse is freeware and opensource. Its code repository is hosted on BitBucket and the lastest version can be downloaded from below

Installation

• Download and unzip the file
• Change the
  attachments
  folder permission to 777 ( chmod 777 attachments )
• Goto
  /install
  to start the installation.You will need to enter your MySQL database details and administrator email address to login with
• Goto
  /admin
  and login with the admin email address that you entered before and password admin

  Step 1 - Login to your cPanel open MySQL Database Wizard

  Step 2 - Create a new database

  Step 3 - Create a new User

  Step 4 - Add all privileges

  Step 5 - Download Fuse zipball and unzip it and upload to your preferred location. In this example, the location is http://vivekv.com/support Chmod attachments folder to 777 using ftp, ssh or cPanel file manager. Open http://vivekv.com/support/install and you will see a basic installer. Enter the MySQL database details there.

  Step 6 - Complete installation. Once the installation is completed, goto http://vivekv.com/support/admin with the admin email address and password as admin
